Annual Calcetto Match Marks the End of the Academic Year

On Friday, June 19, members of the I Tatti community took to the field for the annual calcetto match against colleagues from the Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florenz (KHI), continuing a friendly tradition that marks the close of the academic year.

Bringing together Fellows and staff from both institutions, the match offered an opportunity to engage in some healthy competition and good company while celebrating another successful year in Florence.

The I Tatti team claimed bragging rights this year with an impressive 9–3 victory, rounding off an enjoyable afternoon and another chapter in the longstanding friendship between the two institutions.
